A tune nestled extremely high in BIRP’s estimates we pounce on from Ontario’s Jaguar Sun. I came across this on SoundCloud a few days ago and it has rightfully commanded a constant shuffle since. There is something brilliant at play here in ‘Again‘, it all begins in an ambient manner with soft indie vocals accompanying caressed electric guitar strings. It then transforms into a rather interesting mush of sounds as the song progresses further into a more unique expressive arrangement. Jaguar Sun isn’t following the songwriters rulebook on this one – this is a really creative little piece – wholly enjoyable from start to finish.
This is bedroom producing at it’s finest, no question about it.
